General Photography
What is your “turnaround” time for photos? Standard portrait and brand sessions are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. For weddings or large-scale events, you can expect your full gallery within 4–6 weeks, though we always send a few “sneak peeks” within 48 hours!
Do we get the RAW unedited files? To ensure the highest quality and maintain our brand standards, we do not release RAW files. We curate and professionally edit the best shots from your session to ensure every image you receive is a finished work of art.
What should I wear to my session? We recommend neutral tones, solid colors, and textures over heavy patterns or large logos, which can be distracting. Once you book, we’ll send over a Style Guide to help you coordinate your look.
Videography & Film
Can we choose the music for our video? We use licensed music platforms to ensure your video can be shared anywhere online without copyright issues. We love hearing your vibe preferences (e.g., “upbeat and cinematic” or “moody and acoustic”), and we’ll select a track that fits the rhythm of your footage perfectly.
How do you handle audio for interviews or events? We use professional-grade lavalier microphones and external recorders to capture “broadcast-quality” sound. Even in windy or noisy environments, we prioritize crisp, clear dialogue.
Livestreaming Services
What happens if the internet goes out during a livestream? We never rely on a single connection. Our “fail-safe” setup includes internet bonding, which combines multiple cellular and local networks simultaneously. If one drops, the others take over instantly without the stream cutting out.
Can the stream be private or password-protected? Absolutely. We can stream to public platforms like YouTube and Facebook, or host the broadcast on a private, white-labeled page with password protection for internal corporate events.
Corporate & Logistics
Are you insured for on-site work? Yes. We carry full general liability insurance, which is often a requirement for corporate offices and high-end event venues. We can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? We require a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a rescheduling fee.
Do you travel for shoots? We love a change of scenery! Travel within a 50km radius is included in our packages. For destinations further afield, we charge a standard per-km rate or flat travel fee depending on the location.
